Plant shut
downs require fast repairs in the shortest time at the least
cost possible. Plattco valves are designed to be rebuilt
in-line without removing the valves from service. (Scroll

We install genuine Plattco parts only as needed to upgrade your
valves to "like new condition". All
rebuilt valves are fully warranted for 3,200,000 cycles.
We now offer two (2) on-site program options:

Option 1

Valve rebuild evaluation or verbal assistance technical
seminar:
On-site training for your
personnel. A rate of $600.00 per eight (8) hour day,
plus all associated receipted expenses at actual cost.

Option
2
|
Field Service and Repair:

Our team will repair or rebuild Plattco
valves with a full
Plattco warranty (3,200,000 cycles) at a
labor rate of $89.00 per hour per person per (8) hour day.
Any time worked over (8) hours per day will be billed at
$133.50 per person per hour.

All parts required will be billed with a
special 10% discount provided we are contracted to do the
repairs.

All expenses associated with this field
service trip will be billed at actual cost.

PLATTCO
will train and coordinate with your people as the work
is performed so that : 1) no time is wasted, and 2) your
people will know how to efficiently maintain your valves
in the future.

installation now available for all Plattco Valves
Installation of new and
replacement valves is now available. Let the experts at
Plattco install your new valve.
Complete installation now includes
piping, electrical, and mechanical. Fully insured, MSHA-46
& 48 approved union employees.
